Shipping Policy
Every decanter is checked by hand and packed to survive the journey. Here's exactly how — and when — your order makes its way to you. No fine print, no surprises.
The short version: we prepare and dispatch your order within 2–4 business days, ship it with tracking, and stand behind it the whole way. Arrives damaged? We replace it free.
01 How we prepare your order
Glass deserves care. Once you order, each piece is inspected and hand-packed in protective, breakage-resistant packaging before it leaves us.
Orders are prepared & dispatched within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). The moment it's on its way, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking link.
02 Shipping rates
- Orders over $75 — free U.S. shipping.
- Orders under $75 — a flat shipping rate, calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
What you see at checkout is what you pay. We never add hidden handling fees after the fact.
03 Tracking your order
Every order ships fully tracked. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow it from our hands to your door.
Can't find your tracking email? Check your spam folder, then reach out and we'll resend it.
04 Estimated delivery
After the 2–4 business-day preparation window, estimated delivery is typically 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Carrier schedules, weather, and peak gifting seasons (like the holidays) can affect transit times. Your tracking link will always show the latest status.
05 Packed to arrive perfect
The decanter niche is full of stores that ship fragile glass in a thin box and hope for the best. We don't. Each piece is cushioned and braced specifically for shipping.
If something does arrive damaged, you're covered — we replace it free. See our Returns Policy for how.
06 Where we ship
We currently ship across the United States. If your destination isn't available at checkout, email us — we'll let you know what's possible.
07 Make sure your address is right
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
08 Delays & the unexpected
Occasionally things slow down — customs checks, carrier backlogs, severe weather, or holiday volume. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, don't worry. Reach out and a real person will look into it with you.
