The decanter
Is the glass lead-free and safe to drink from?
Yes. Every piece is lead-free and food-safe, so you can pour, sip, and serve from it with total peace of mind.
Does it come with whiskey?
No — it arrives empty, ready for him to fill with his own favorite bottle. That’s part of the ritual: it becomes his.
Does a decanter actually make the whiskey taste better?
We’ll be straight with you: no. Unlike wine, whiskey doesn’t need to breathe — so decanting is about the ritual and the look, not the flavor. It won’t change his pour. It changes the room it sits in.
How big is it?
It’s a full-size, substantial centerpiece — heavy in the hand and built to hold a real pour, not a novelty mini. It’s meant to live on the bar and get noticed, not hide in a cabinet.
Can I personalize or engrave it?
Some pieces can be personalized. If that’s what you’re after, message us before you order and we’ll tell you exactly what’s possible. (Heads up: personalized items can’t be returned for a change of mind — though they’re still covered if they arrive damaged.)
Shipping & delivery
How soon is my order sent out?
Each order is inspected by hand and carefully packed, then prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri). You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking the moment it’s on its way.
How long until it arrives?
Once it’s dispatched, you’ll have a tracking link to follow it the whole way. Exact delivery time depends on your location and the carrier, so we won’t promise a date we can’t control — but you’ll always see where it is.
Will it arrive in one piece?
That’s the whole point of our packing. Every order ships in protective, anti-breakage packaging — not dropped in a bag and hoped for the best. And if it ever does arrive damaged, see below.

We currently ship across the United States. If your address isn’t available at checkout, just reach out and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Returns, guarantee & trust
What if it arrives broken?
We replace it free. Just email us a quick photo within 48 hours of delivery — in most cases there’s no need to send anything back. We’ll get a replacement on its way to you.
What’s your return policy?
Simple: 60-day returns. Live with it for two months, and if it’s not right, send it back in its original condition for a full refund. Full returns policy here.
Is this a real store I can trust?
Fair question — this niche is full of fake “going-out-of-business” stores. We’re the opposite: the photos on this site are the actual decanters you’ll receive, our guarantees are real (60-day returns, breakage replaced free), and a real person answers every message.
