01 What you can return

You can return any item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify, the piece should be in its original condition and packaging — unused and undamaged, the way it arrived.

02 Arrived broken or damaged?

It shouldn't happen — we pack for it — but if it does, we'll make it right immediately. We replace damaged items free of charge.

Just email us a quick photo of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. In most cases there's no need to ship anything back — we'll send a replacement on us.

03 How to start a return

  1. Email us at support@ironoakco.com with your order number and a quick note on what's wrong.
  2. We'll reply with simple return instructions (and a return label where one applies).
  3. Send it back, or — for damaged items — just send the photo. We'll take it from there.

04 Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we'll approve your refund and issue it to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval.

Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it to your account — that part's on their side, not ours.

05 Exchanges

Want a different design instead? Easy. Email us and we'll help you swap it for another decanter — no fuss.

06 Personalized & engraved items

Because they're made just for you, personalized or engraved pieces can't be returned for a change of mind. Of course, if a custom item arrives damaged or with an error on our part, it's fully covered — we'll replace it free.

07 Late or missing refunds

If it's been more than a week since we approved your refund and you still don't see it, first check with your bank or card company. If you've done that and it's still missing, email us — we'll chase it down with you.
